01

Initial information and screening

Once you book the ADHD Screening, we will ask for:

  • A brief description of the current challenges.
  • Medical history, including physical and mental health.
  • Current and past medications, including name, dose and frequency.
  • For children and young people, input from parents or carers and school, including the class teacher, Head of Year and SENCO.
  • Screening forms, sent by email, which must be completed before we schedule the assessment.
02

Appointments

If screening indicates that a full assessment is appropriate, we will arrange:

  • A detailed review of challenges, medical history and developmental history.
  • A structured ADHD assessment.
QbCheck

Optional but often recommended for ADHD assessment only. This computer-based test measures attention, activity and impulsivity to support the clinical assessment.
