About Vignesh
Vignesh supports people with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions and personality disorders, combining clinical expertise with a trauma-informed and goal-focused approach.
He holds an MSc in Occupational Therapy from the University of East Anglia and is trained in Solution-Focused Therapy. He has also completed ADHD diagnosis and assessment training through UKAAN.
His work includes Therapeutic Filmmaking, a creative practice that combines occupational therapy with filmmaking to support life skills, recovery and discovery. He is an active contributor to the field and has presented his research at international conferences.
