Cancelling or rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us by email.

Cancellation fees

• More than 14 days beforeAdministrative charge only
• 7–14 days before50% of appointment fee
• 48 hours to 6 days before75% of appointment fee
• Under 48 hours or no-show100% of appointment fee

These charges reflect clinic administration time and payment platform fees already incurred. We are always happy to reschedule your appointment where possible.

Why we charge cancellation fees

Late cancellations leave limited time for us to offer the slot to someone else. These charges help us protect clinician time and maintain a reliable, efficient service.
