Suzan is an experienced healthcare leader with a strong record in service management, clinical support and quality improvement across NHS and independent care settings.

As Manager of Spectrum Mind Clinic, she brings together operational leadership and hands-on clinical understanding to help ensure safe, effective and compassionate patient care.

Suzan oversees day-to-day service delivery, service development and the patient experience at Spectrum Mind Clinic. Her work supports high standards of governance, safeguarding and coordinated care for people with neurodevelopmental and mental health needs.

She combines strategic leadership with practical understanding of clinical operations, helping teams deliver consistent, compassionate care and ensuring that the patient pathway remains clear from first enquiry through to follow-up.

Her leadership is grounded in staff development, continuous improvement and person-centred practice.

Professional background

Before joining Spectrum Mind Clinic, Suzan was Deputy Manager at Homeforts Specialist Care, where she supported teams through regulatory inspections, service-user transitions, complex behaviour management and multidisciplinary working.

Earlier leadership work included staff management, compliance and service improvement, with a focus on improving team wellbeing and care outcomes.

Clinical support experience

Alongside management work, Suzan has supported community mental health teams with assessments, care planning, physical health monitoring, medication monitoring, psychoeducation and accurate clinical documentation under senior clinical supervision.

That combined operational and clinical-support experience helps her lead services that are practical, responsive and centred on the needs of patients and their families.
