Suzan currently serves as Manager of Spectrum Mind Clinic, where she oversees day-to-day operations, drives service development, and ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to individuals with neurodevelopmental and mental health needs. Her role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, ensuring high standards of governance, safeguarding, and patient experience.
Prior to this, Suzan worked as Deputy Manager at *Homeforts Specialist Care*, where she successfully guided teams through Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections, achieving and sustaining “Good” ratings.
