Biography

Suzan Fenner is a highly experienced healthcare leader with a proven track record of service management and clinical support across NHS and independent care settings. She brings to Spectrum Mind Clinic a wealth of expertise in operational leadership, quality improvement, and frontline clinical practice.

Suzan currently serves as Manager of Spectrum Mind Clinic, where she oversees day-to-day operations, drives service development, and ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to individuals with neurodevelopmental and mental health needs. Her role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, ensuring high standards of governance, safeguarding, and patient experience.

Prior to this, Suzan worked as Deputy Manager at *Homeforts Specialist Care*, where she successfully guided teams through Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections, achieving and sustaining “Good” ratings. She introduced staff recognition initiatives to improve morale, streamlined documentation processes, and implemented safeguarding protocols that strengthened safety and reporting outcomes. She also played a pivotal role in service user transitions, complex behaviour management cases, and multidisciplinary collaboration—demonstrating her ability to deliver person-centred care within a regulatory framework.
