Confirming your appointment

At Spectrum Mind Healthcare Ireland, we understand that circumstances can change. Please review this policy before booking and ensure that you have confirmed the appointment type, date and time with our administrative team.

Cancelling or rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to offer an alternative appointment where this is possible.

Cancellation fees

• More than 14 days beforeAdministrative charge only
• 7-14 days before50% of appointment fee
• 48 hours to 6 days before75% of appointment fee
• Under 48 hours or no-show100% of appointment fee

These charges reflect administrative time and payment platform fees already incurred. Late cancellation can leave insufficient time to offer the appointment to another person.
